OPERATING OWNERSHIP

In venues in which The Brier Group serves as the Owner/Operator, we sign a standard lease agreement, provide concept, design, construction management and financing. All revenues and profits go directly to The Brier Group.

PARTNERSHIP

In venues in which The Brier Group owns and operates the venue in partnership with another entity (typically a property owner/leaseholder), we oversee all aspects of concept, design, marketing and operations, while the leaseholder is responsible for construction costs and initial operating capital. Profits are distributed among the partners as agreed upon.

OPERATING MANAGEMENT

In venues in which The Brier Group operates the venue under a management agreement with another entity, we oversee all aspects of marketing and daily operations. Ideally, we are highly involved in the concept & design phase as well. The venue’s owners are responsible for all cost of constructing & operating the venue. All revenues and profits go directly to the owner, with The Brier Group receiving a percentage of gross revenues.

CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS

The Brier Group undertakes consulting engagements of durations ranging from 3 months to one year or longer. Engagements may be focused on a variety of areas, including pre-opening strategy, concept and design, operations, marketing, strategic partnerships, event production and more.

REAL ESTATE CONSULTING

The Brier Group has extensive experience in identifying and securing plum properties for
hospitality development. We combine our extensive market knowledge to 2nd locations at
the right price in the right neighborhood for any concept. Our long-standing official
relationships with all top hospitality real estate brokers give us access to the best liquor
 license-enabled properties, often before they become available on the public market. Once
a property has been identified, we will work with the landlord to negotiate the most
favorable lease terms for your business.

LOCAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING

The Brier Group has a history that reaches back two decades of developing and opening food and beverage outlets in both New York and Miami. This gives us unique and specialized
knowledge and connections that are critical to completing projects successfully and on time.
Areas in which we will facilitate the necessary introductions, meetings and contracts include: Liquor License, Community Boards, Historic Preservation and key politicians and public officials.
