SERVICESOPERATING OWNERSHIPIn venues in which The Brier Group serves as the Owner/Operator, we sign a standard lease agreement, provide concept, design, construction management and financing. All revenues and profits go directly to The Brier Group. PARTNERSHIPIn venues in which The Brier Group owns and operates the venue in partnership with another entity (typically a property owner/leaseholder), we oversee all aspects of concept, design, marketing and operations, while the leaseholder is responsible for construction costs and initial operating capital. Profits are distributed among the partners as agreed upon. OPERATING MANAGEMENTIn venues in which The Brier Group operates the venue under a management agreement with another entity, we oversee all aspects of marketing and daily operations. Ideally, we are highly involved in the concept & design phase as well. The venue’s owners are responsible for all cost of constructing & operating the venue. All revenues and profits go directly to the owner, with The Brier Group receiving a percentage of gross revenues. CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTSThe Brier Group undertakes consulting engagements of durations ranging from 3 months to one year or longer. Engagements may be focused on a variety of areas, including pre-opening strategy, concept and design, operations, marketing, strategic partnerships, event production and more.
